Frequently asked questions.

What Does Coaching with Me Look Like?

  • My coaching is inspired by the concept of a traditional family office—a structure that provides high-net-worth families with holistic support in managing their wealth, investments, and personal affairs. I’ve adapted this concept into what I call a “Family Office for Neurodivergent Professionals.” Here, we focus not just on financial or career success, but on managing your most valuable assets: your mind, dreams, values, and goals.

My goal is to help you build and protect the things that matter most to you. It’s about creating a foundation that allows you to thrive in all areas of life, while also aligning your goals with your strengths as a neurodivergent individual.

We’ll approach everything from a project-based lens, breaking down large transitions or goals into manageable steps, ensuring that your life, career, and personal growth are always moving in sync. I aim to offer the same level of comprehensive, concierge-like care that a traditional family office provides, but focused on the unique needs of neurodivergent individuals.

  • Life and Career Transitions: I help you confidently navigate new phases of your personal and professional life.

Entrepreneurship and Business Consulting: We’ll work together to build, manage, and grow ventures that align with your neurodivergent strengths.

Executive Functioning and Emotional Regulation: I help you develop tools for managing day-to-day tasks such as organizing your workspace, maintaining a routine, managing finances, or accessing essential services that may be difficult for neurodivergent individuals to navigate.

Personalized Project Management: We break down complex life projects into clear, actionable steps with ongoing support to keep you accountable.

Building Supportive Communities: I help connect you with like-minded peers, fostering growth and support within a community.

Coaching Philosophy

  • Input Theory is the foundation of my coaching approach, focusing on learning by doing. Rather than discussing abstract concepts, we’ll dive into real-world projects that reflect the challenges you face. For example, if you’re struggling with time management, we’ll create a specific project around organizing your day. Each project becomes a practice ground for larger transitions in your life, helping you gain practical insights that stick. Through these projects, you’ll discover what works best for you and develop systems that align with your neurodivergent strengths.

  • Coaching isn’t about curing neurodivergence because neurodivergence doesn’t need curing. Instead, coaching helps you harness your unique strengths and develop tools to manage challenges in ways that feel authentic and sustainable. We’ll be turning things in your life that feels like a struggle into opportunities that you can navigate with confidence and clarity.

Why Work with Me?

  • Therapy focuses on understanding and healing from your past. Coaching, on the other hand, is action-oriented. Together, we work on achieving meaningful changes in your life and setting clear goals for the future. The purpose of coaching is identifying where you want to go and creating strategies for getting there.

  • My coaching focuses on neurodivergent individuals driven by their passions. I understand that people like us work best when we’re engaged in our zones of interest. Through personalized, project-based learning, we tap into these passions and ensure that the progress we make is aligned with what matters most to you. We won’t simply manage symptoms, we’ll create meaningful, real-world growth and system that your interests to thrive.

Practicalities

  • Coaching is an investment in long-term growth so it isn’t cheap. That said, I offer sliding scale pricing for one-on-one coaching to make it accessible to more people. Additionally, I offer group coaching and digital resources as more affordable alternatives that still provide effective, flexible support.

  • If we realize that coaching with me isn’t the best fit, there’s no need to worry. We’ll part ways on good terms, and I’ll help you find someone who might be better suited to your needs.

Types of Coaching

  • We meet 2-4 times per month to work on specific life projects or challenges tailored to your personal goals.

  • In small groups of 6-12 people, you’ll collaborate on shared challenges, gaining support and insights from others on a similar journey.

  • For those who prefer flexibility, I offer digital resources and courses you can engage with at your own pace, providing structured guidance that fits into your life.

Additional Support

  • I provide a weekly newsletter filled with insights for neurodivergent individuals, curated Notion templates to help organize your life, self-paced online classes for continuous learning, and collaborative content from other creators to offer fresh perspectives and strategies.
